Bertrand Raguin – Executive Chef and Owner

Taratata Brasserie (formerly Taratata Bistrot), opened its doors in 2011 embodying traditional French homemade classics.

At the helm is Executive Chef and owner Bertrand Raguin from Loire, trained in traditional French classic cuisine.

Bertrand’s passion for the culinary arts has shaped his career spanning over 30 years, from around France to Le Grand Chêne – New Caledonia, Le Méridien – Thailand, Le Restaurant de France, Regal Kowloon Hotel – Hong Kong, Executive Chef at Rebar Crowne Plaza – Taiwan, L’Aigle d’Or and Meritus Mandarin Orchard – Singapore.

Taking centre stage in the kitchen is quality and freshness of the produce and ingredients, where decades old recipes are passionately preserved and translated on the menu with refined cooking techniques.

As Taratata Brasserie enters its’ ninth year in 2019, Chef Bertrand continues to set the standard for culinary excellence, serving up quintessentially French cuisine to the unrelenting dinner crowd in Singapore.

Seasonal specials are featured monthly along with a trolley selection of refine, must try French cheese.

Kevin Gueugnon - Restaurant Manager & Sommelier

Come through the doors of Taratata Brasserie, and chances are, you will be greeted by Kevin Gueugnon, Restaurant Manager & Sommelier.

Kevin hails from Dijon, the historic capital of Burgundy in eastern France, renowned for its’ Pinot Noirs, Chardonnays, Chablis and Beaujolais.

Graduated with a Baccalaureate in Management and Culinary Arts, and an all too familiar veteran in the Singapore F&B scene, Kevin brings with him over 17 years of experience in the hospitality sector, driven by a passion to serve, a flair for fostering warm customer relations and a fervour for sharing his cultural heritage of food and wine.

Catch Kevin in action as he flambées Crêpe Suzette or fillet a French classic Sole Meunière right by your table.

From Corsica to Switzerland and America, Kevin has served as a Restaurant Manager at many well established restaurants including Michelin 1-star La Table by La Villa (Corsica), Michelin 2-star Baumanière 1850 (France) and Michelin 2-star La Table du Kilimandjaro (France).
